Delivery/Shipment Policy

SMART GAS SERVICES L.L.C provides PrePaid and Post Paid gas filling services and collects payments via online.

PrePaid Customers

Customers has to top-up their account using their login credentials in our Customers Portal.
Customers need to choose the amount to top-up and pay using their credit card for payment.
Once payment is received, our executive will top-up your account according to the payment received.

PostPaid Customers

Monthly bills will be sent to the customers peridically and will be notified via Email every month.
Customers need to login using login credentials in our Customers Portal.
Customers can view the bills generated and pay their bill amount using their credit card via online payment.

• SMART GAS SERVICES L.L.C will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
• Multiple transactions may result in multiple postings to the cardholder's monthly statement.
